Private mechanical test

On January 26, a private mechanical test was held in a town near the town of Berga (Girona). We assist with unit number 19-003 with the aim of preparing our participation in the VIII Lloret de Mar Rally that will take place next February 5 and 6.

After a year of almost total inactivity, it was necessary to check the condition of our vehicle, remember sensations and accumulate kilometers again to face the start of this season. It was also an important day to "formalize" the first contact between Jose Mª and Dani Muntadas who will accompany us for this first test of the season, because our usual co-driver, Luka Larrosa, will also participate in the VIII Lloret de Mar Rally , with his neat little Peugeot 206xs.

Thus, in what we already assumed would be a day marked by low temperatures, cloudiness and a winding route, but at the same time with a surprisingly good grip, we did about 65km against the clock; distance that we took advantage of to test various settings (especially steering and suspension) but also to remember the behavior of our car with different tire compounds.

The day ended after 5:30 p.m. We returned home with the work done, with the team ready and eager for the 2021 season to start. Good luck to everyone!
